Full day access to the Club: access to the heart of Terme di Saturnia, featuring the millennia-old Spring at 37.5°C, the thermal pools, the hydromassage pools and jets, Kneipp circuits, the sauna and the argillarium in the Hot Spring Pools, the sauna with contrast showers in the Club, and the air-conditioned relaxation rooms: the Hay Room, the Cocoon Room and the Silence Room.
The programme also includes an “Argillarium” self-treatment, featuring 1 sachet of thermal mud for self-application and a one cryotherapy session for one person, carried out in a chamber at a temperature of between -85°C and -95°C. Wellness Kit (bathrobe, towel, slippers and tote bag) included.
Cryotherapy – Important Safety Information. Cryotherapy is available to guests aged 18 to 75 and is performed under the supervision of a trained operator, following the completion and signing of the required consent forms. Cryotherapy is not permitted for guests with cold hypersensitivity, during pregnancy, or in the presence of peripheral arterial disease, Raynaud’s disease, acute or subacute cardiovascular conditions, or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
