Whole-body cryotherapy involves placing the entire body in a cold chamber, at temperatures ranging from -85°C to -95°C, for a period of between 2 and 4 minutes.
Cryotherapy – Important Safety Information. Cryotherapy is available to guests aged 18 to 75 and is performed under the supervision of a trained operator, following the completion and signing of the required consent forms.
Cryotherapy is not permitted for guests with cold hypersensitivity, during pregnancy, or in the presence of peripheral arterial disease, Raynaud’s disease, acute or subacute cardiovascular conditions, or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
